Absolutely Competent Realtor
I wish to express my gratitude and absolute confidence in Humberto Lopez. Not only as an absolutely competent realtor, but a no nonsense, level headed, logical advisor. If you are looking for a realtor, I recommend him with the highest certainty that you too will be extremely satisfied.
I was tasked with having to sell my deceased mother-in-law's home in a foreign and totally unfamiliar real estate neighbourhood and market. When I met Humberto he put me at absolute ease. He only asked questions and made sure that he fully understood my concerns and prerequisites before he made any suggestions of any kind.
When it came to pricing the house for sale, Humberto once again asked intelligent questions. Such as "How fast do you want to sell it?" I was really impressed with this.
From the moment we signed the listing agreement with Humberto, he took care of every last detail and anticipated every situation and followed up on and kept me informed all the way through.
A few things that really made trust Humberto:
1 - When I asked him which offer I should accept, he never tried to push me or peddle me on the one that would have made it easier for him. He argued the pros and cons of all the offers and he let me decide. I can not express enough how this reinforced the integrity and honesty that I innately knew that Humberto had and continued to demonstrated.
2 - Humberto cares as much about us the sellers as he did the buyers. There was an issue where an invoice for some agreed upon work did not get paid out of escrow. Even though Humberto had already been paid, he still followed up to work this issue out, even when it was really not even his problem.
3 - This was a complex sale, as we had to jump through hoops with the city due to their complex requirements just to be able to sell a house, Humberto got bids from contractors and made sure that this was all taken care of.
4 - This was a sale based on a death of a loved one. Family members were hyper sentisitive and bereavement continued throughout this process. Humberto had this uncanny ability to be sensitive to all the siblings needs and never pushed on anything. In a word, Humberto Lopez was absolutely brillant during the entire process. So much do I no have a new trust for consummate professional and a newly made personal friend in Humberto, that I would hire him to be my buying agent in my neighbourhood. (A neighbourhood he has zero knowledge of). I trust Humberto so much that I would still feel he would serve all my needs and go above and beyond. If you are thinking of selling or buying a home, it is with the strongest encouragement and endorsement that I recommend Humberto Lopez.

Helped set our minds at ease
In 2012, my wife and I begin a very stressful search to purchase a home. We were a first time buyers with no experience in making such a large investment. We started off with a couple different agents that were not helping too much and we were having no luck.

Humberto Was Very Knowledgeable And Had Great Spirit.
While visiting an open house my family and I met Humberto Lopez. I had worked with prior realtors and was not tooo pleased with their service. When we met Humberto he was very knowledgeable and had great spirit. We decided to make him our realtor; immedialtely after he began collecting our paperwork, approved our loan, and began searching for homes. After looking at a few homes he was able to find us something that we were happy with. I always told fom prior realtors that we wouldn't be able to find a home in the area that we wanted Humberto made that happen for us!
